The Head of Business Development, Drug Manufacturing is responsible for leading and overseeing the drug manufacturing sales team, setting sales goals, developing and executing sales strategies, coaching sales representatives, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets, all while fostering a motivated and productive sales environment.
This position is accountable for growing sales of BioDuro's small molecule manufacturing services in the U.S market across all phases of drug development through commercialization.
The role is US based and can be done remotely. A travel commitment of 50% is expected.
