This Director role is responsible for the Northeast book of business within our Commercial Middle Market Custom Solutions organization, leading a team of 5-8 territory managers.

We seek a professional who is both analytical and a relationship-builder, combining these talents with entrepreneurial drive to manage their territory effectively. Leading a team of Territory Managers and Underwriters, you'll focus on portfolio analysis, relationship management, and account development within your territory.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President, the role may include direct reports such as Territory Managers and Underwriters.
Additional criteria, including leadership competencies, may take precedence. Staffing exceptions require approval from HR and leadership.

Heavy travel may be required. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are mandatory.

The salary range is $134,000 - $255,000, with a typical starting range of $144,000 - $216,000, depending on various factors.
