ProBio is seeking a Head of Business Development for Discovery to lead growth in the U.S. market. You will develop the commercial strategy for Discovery services, supervise a small BD team, and build strategic customer relationships to drive revenue and pipeline expansion.
You will collaborate with scientific, technical, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, identify new opportunities, and guide deals from engagement to award for biologics and related therapies.
ProBio, a subsidiary of GenScript, is a global CDMO offering end-to-end services from discovery to GMP for plasmids, antibodies, and cell & gene therapies. We bring together multidisciplinary expertise to accelerate development and manufacturing through customized, and comprehensive services. Head of Business Development, Discovery will lead the growth of our Discovery business in the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for ProBio’s Discovery services, leading a team of Business Development professionals, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue and pipeline growth.
