GSK is seeking a Senior Director to own a Branch and Campus Platform as a long-lived product, guiding strategy, roadmap, and the team that builds and runs it. You will balance new capability, reliability and cost, manage FinOps, and ensure secure, self-serve consumption for internal customers.

You will lead platform governance, alignment with business strategy, and supplier relationships, while growing the platform organization.

Competenze

• Degree in technology, engineering or business discipline.
• Experience owning a platform or product roadmap and adoption accountability.
• Experience leading platform, product or engineering teams with delivery accountability.
• Practical experience with lean portfolio operating models.
• Domain depth in cloud, network or digital workplace.
• Track record of reliability accountability with SLOs and error budgets.
• Commercial and FinOps experience, including unit-cost management.

• Set the platform vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to business strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Run lean portfolio management prioritising by value and risk with OKRs and flow metrics.
• Drive self-service adoption to reduce dependency on platform team.
