Consensys is seeking an engineering leader to own core engineering, infrastructure, and release processes for institutional blockchain platforms. You will oversee production networks, security practices, and a scalable engineering culture across remote teams.

Competenze

• Deep Ethereum and EVM experience.
• Has run an engineering team of 20+ across multiple teams, as a leader of leaders.
• Distributed-systems depth.
• Blockchain experience is a real advantage; strong infrastructure and backend leaders from high-integrity domains will be taken seriously.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery organization — core engineering, smart contracts, and infrastructure/DevOps against contractual commitments.
• Own production systems under SLA for demanding clients and manage on-call rotations.
• Set security standards with the Security Lead and define the technical roadmap with Product and Sales.
• Build and mentor engineering managers and team leads, fostering a remote-first, high-performing culture.
• Contribute to major architecture or investment proposals and communicate OKRs across the organization.
