Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics or Biostatistics required; PhD desirable.
• 10+ years in clinical Biostatistics in biotech/pharma settings.
• 5+ years in people management and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic statistical leadership for study design and analyses.
• Review protocols, SAPs, TFLs, and reporting deliverables.
• Oversee biostatistics vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for regulatory readiness.
• Mentor biostatistics staff and develop talent.
