The role will manage 5–7 pipeline programs and lead cross-functional collaboration with discovery, analytics, bioprocess and external partners.

Formación

• Position can be hired at Associate Director or Director level based on education and experience.
• Experience in biologics, parenteral products and/or genetic medicine drug product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and regulatory filings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and technical oversight for drug product development and technology transfer.
• Oversee development of multiple pipeline programs (5–7) across early to late stage.
• Communicate development plans, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders and management.
• Initiate scientific initiatives to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Author high-quality technical reports and drug product sections in regulatory filings.
• Serve as SME in due diligence of external opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 8–10 scientists.
