Who you areYou are a hands-on, entrepreneurial Director of B2B Sales to drive growth and lead our business-to-business sales team. This is a player/coach role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable switching between closing deals and managing a growing team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of B2B sales experience, technical knowledge (or a strong willingness to learn), and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
This is remote but role requires frequent travel to meet with contractors, attend on-site installations, and guide partners through our product’s technical aspects. As the team scales, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and supporting high-performing sales professionals while managing key reporting metrics.
