THE ROLE

Lead Development Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads through various outreach strategies: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels and databases.
  2. Map target account profiles and build a database of potential customers.
  3. Maintain various lists of accounts and leads.
  4. Focus on events (online/off-line) to drive meetings for the sales team.
  5. Maintain record of all outreach activities and capture details of opportunities in the CRM.
  6. Evangelize the value propositions of products to the target markets by developing persona-based messaging and follow-up scripts.
  7. Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to validate targeting strategy.
  8. Conduct effective cold call and email campaigns; speak to decision makers and handle queries. Engage meaningfully with clients, provide necessary information on our solution, and help convert leads into prospects.

Skills and Competence:

  1. A mover and a shaker; highly motivated to succeed.
  2. Must hold at least 2-8 years of experience in B2B outbound calling.
  3. Familiarity with cold calling campaigns and follow-up techniques.
  4. Perseverant, with the ability to establish contact quickly.
  5. Fluent in written and oral communication; comfortable on calls with prospects across the globe, good at researching information online, and understanding the basics of business in each industry vertical.
  6. Team working skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  8. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.
  9. Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  10. Leadership skills: can work without supervision, initiate and follow-through on sales strategy, and collaborate on market research and regional sales strategies with ease.
  11. Understanding of security/right management products will be preferred.

Shift Timing: 6PM-3AM, 9PM-6AM (Night Shift)

Experience: 2-8 years

Requirement: Worked on product-based US shift B2B Sales/IT Sales (IT sector only)

Language: English is mandatory

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
