Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Signature Events to lead invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders. You will own end-to-end concepts, venues, vendors, invitations, budgets, and on-site hosting, with travel to the US and abroad.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in marketing, 4+ years in B2B event marketing, and experience hosting C-level and VP guests, including events with senior executives as hosts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10–50 guests).
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events with a CEO, founder or senior executive as host.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred (CA, OR, WA).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by CEO or senior leaders.
• Build invite lists and manage invitations, confirmations, and attendee targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, agencies, and vendors.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline influence; report ROI.
• Create an annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
