Fluent Trade Technologies Limited is seeking an Automation Lead to own the quality strategy and drive testing across the organization. You will build and scale a robust automation framework to support growth and rapid, reliable releases.

The role requires 7+ years in automation testing, a proven leadership track, and deep fintech experience. You will guide agile teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and champion advanced QA technologies.

We are seeking a visionary Automation Lead to take ownership of our quality strategy, lead testing efforts across the organization, and build a robust automation framework that supports our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Cultural Shift: Champion a "quality-first" mentality across all product and engineering teams, advocating for testability from the initial design phase.
• Strategic Test Planning: Translate complex fintech product features and business values into detailed, actionable, and scalable automation testing plans.
• Agile Integration: Embed QA seamlessly into our Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC), optimizing our CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
• Domain-Driven Testing: Leverage your deep understanding of the FX market to anticipate edge cases, designing test scenarios that reflect real-world trading behaviors.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of automation engineers while selecting the best tools and frameworks for our technology stack.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Support, and Business teams
• Introduce innovative tools and AI-driven approaches to improve QA efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Automation testing
• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in a QA/Automation leadership role
• Technical Mastery: Extensive experience designing automation frameworks from scratch and a strong grasp of modern development lifecycles.
• Agile Veteran: Highly experienced operating within Agile/Scrum environments, with a clear vision of how QA fits into continuous delivery.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders and business requirements to engineering teams
