Job summary
Fluent Trade Technologies Limited is seeking an Automation Lead to own the quality strategy and drive testing across the organization. You will build and scale a robust automation framework to support growth and rapid, reliable releases.
The role requires 7+ years in automation testing, a proven leadership track, and deep fintech experience. You will guide agile teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and champion advanced QA technologies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in automation testing and QA leadership.
- Proven track record leading automation initiatives in fintech/financial domains.
- Strong design and implementation of automation frameworks from scratch.
- Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments and continuous delivery.
- Excellent ability to translate technical constraints into business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive a quality-first culture across product and engineering.
- Translate complex fintech features into scalable automation plans.
- Integrate QA into the SDLC and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases.
- Apply domain expertise in FX trading to design realistic test scenarios.
- Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, selecting tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Support and Business teams.
- Introduce AI-driven approaches to QA to improve efficiency.
