Apex Entertainment in Virginia Beach seeks an Attraction Manager to lead the Attractions Department, directing Supervisors and Team Members, ensuring safe, efficient operations and an outstanding guest experience. You will develop leaders, manage labor and expenses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability while maintaining high safety and service standards.

• Minimum of three years of progressive management in family entertainment centers or similar high-volume operations.
• Experience supervising multiple employees and developing frontline leaders.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor budgets and operating expenses.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, supervise, and manage the daily operation of the Attractions Department.
• Monitor department performance and implement operational improvements.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, evaluate, and retain department personnel.
• Manage departmental labor costs and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Events, Maintenance, Facilities, and other departments to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, providing leadership for the entire facility.
