• Minimum experience in performing arts, live entertainment, venue management, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cain Park operations, programming, facilities, and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and safety of venues and events.
• Coordinate with City departments and artists, agents, and vendors.
• Develop annual season, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate large multidisciplinary teams including full-time, part-time, seasonal, and contract staff.
