Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Performing Arts, Arts Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in the performing arts, live entertainment, venue management, or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of theatrical equipment and performing arts operations; ticketing systems; public administration.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and staff supervision abilities.
  • Must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team of staff across full-time, part-time, seasonal, and contract roles.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and readiness of Cain Park venues and facilities.
  • Develop and execute Cain Park’s annual season, including concerts, theatre, community events, and other programming.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reporting; monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Coordinate with City departments and partner organizations to ensure safe, on-time performances and events.
