Job summary

Storm3 is seeking a senior AI leader to own and scale the AI function. You will partner with the CTO to define the roadmap for groundbreaking AI features and products, driving architectural decisions across new offerings.

You will lead rapid growth of the AI team, work cross-functionally with Product, and help shape the technical strategy for healthtech-focused innovations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AI leadership experience.
• Expert level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

• Scale the AI team to support aggressive growth and product expansion.
