Physical Superintelligence is seeking a senior leader to head Applied AI, leading a customer-facing technical team that builds models, simulations and agents for engineering problems. You will own the people, results and the hiring, setting the technical direction and validating outcomes in collaboration with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management, hiring and performance reviews for a customer-facing technical team.
• 8+ years applying ML and simulation to engineering, industrial, or physics problems delivered to customers or partners.
• Depth in at least one engineer­ing domain from the listed areas and ability to reason about accuracy, speed, and extrapolation risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead Applied AI to solve customers' engineering problems with models, simulations and agents; own people, results and hiring.
• Set the technical direction for when classical solvers vs learned models are needed and how outcomes are validated.
• Own customer delivery end-to-end, scoped to the customer's problem and deployed in their environment with reusable capabilities left behind.
• Be the technical counterpart to go-to-market and own escalation when engagements are at risk.
• Stay hands-on and ship working scientific results while maintaining a high technical bar.
