Qualifications

• Ability to referee outside your field and judge proofs or results critically.

Responsibilities

• Lead Physics, the team running research programs on open problems.
• Run research programs at scale: staffing, pace, and rigor.
• Own verification: ensure results are rigorously validated before release.
• Own path from result to publication with external verification; collaborate with AI teams.
• Stay technical: perform personal scientific work and set rigorous standards.
