American Fidelity Assurance Company seeks an experienced professional to assist in directing annuity product strategy and execution. You will support cross-functional teams across Product Management, Sales, Compliance, Marketing and Operations to drive growth and profitability.

The role emphasizes strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to translate market needs into product initiatives and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 5+ years in related fields may substitute for education.
• Strong background with annuity products in PM, development or sales.
• Experience with retirement plans, securities and related regulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare summaries and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, Operations.
• Familiarity with 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) and 401(k) plans and IRA rules.
• Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and state regulations applicable to annuities

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating and implementing business plans and strategic direction for the annuity product line.
• Support monitoring of product line growth, profitability, and performance trends; assist with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Customer SBUs, Product Manager, and leadership to identify product needs and support development, marketing, training and operations.
