Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead the analytics portfolio, develop dashboards, and drive data governance across our network. You will partner with executives to translate business questions into practical reporting solutions and build a high‑performing analytics function.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and BI platform expertise, plus experience guiding complex healthcare analytics programs and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, information systems, computer science, business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive analytics, reporting, BI, or data management experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience managing multiple analytics projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities is required.
• Experience establishing reporting standards, governance, and lifecycle controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver strategic analytics, intelligence, and data products linked to enterprise priorities.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate analytics team members and manage workload.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects and reporting products.
• Translate goals and stakeholder priorities into a governed analytics roadmap and requirements.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and maintenance of dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Establish standards for metric definitions, data validation, and reporting governance.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and usability, ensuring alignment with governance.
• Partner with leaders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain technical depth to guide solution design and communicate insights to leadership.
