Job summary

Unified Women’s Healthcare is seeking an experienced Manager of Analytics to lead our analytics portfolio and governance across multiple clinics. You will guide KPI reporting, dashboard development, and data-driven initiatives while coaching a high-performing analytics team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data management, or a related field; including 2+ years leading teams or analytics programs.
• Experience managing multiple analytical projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Experience establishing reporting standards, development processes, data governance practices, or reporting lifecycle controls.
• Healthcare, multisite operations, or complex operating environments preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, semantic models, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Sigma.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage an analytics portfolio and balance strategic and operational work, driving adoption and change management.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver strategic analytics, intelligence, and data products translating priorities into scalable solutions.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate analytics team members including workload management and career development.
• Set team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects and reporting products.
• Translate organizational goals into a governed analytics roadmap and actionable project requirements.
• Oversee design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Establish standards for metric definitions, data validation, and reporting lifecycle management.
• Review deliverables for analytical accuracy, usability, and scalability.
• Partner with leaders to gather requirements and mitigate delivery risks.
• Maintain technical depth to guide solution design and communicate insights.
