Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 9+ years of industry experience.
• Deep expertise in small molecules, polymers, and lipid analytical chemistry.
• Experience with high-throughput methodologies and familiarity with AI/ML is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical team and, where applicable, matrix-led researchers across analytical chemistry and platform functions.
• Set vision and strategy for discovery-stage analytical capabilities supporting lipid design and candidate advancement.
• Provide technical leadership for method development, qualification, transfer, and lifecycle management across multiple platforms.
