Job summary

You will own governance, platforms, data flows, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while ensuring reliability, compliance, and alignment with business priorities.

You will define KPIs, build a roadmap, scale AI-enabled workflows, and partner across Medical Affairs, R&D, and Legal/Compliance to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field (MD/PhD/PharmD/MPH/MS in Data Science preferred).
• 12+ years in Medical Affairs, Health Impact, or related analytics/digital transformation.
• 7+ years leading enterprise digital, analytics, AI, or technology operations in matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Set multiyear AI, analytics, and technology strategy for MHI.
• Deliver AI and analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Run technology operations: governance, data quality, maintenance, and compliance.
• Advance care gap analytics and insights transformation for aligned priorities.
• Turn fragmented data into actionable insights for portfolio and health impact decisions.
• Strengthen enterprise value narrative through analytics adoption and impact evidence.
• Scale AI-enabled workflows with governance, risk controls, and oversight.
• Foster responsible AI practices and enterprise training.
• Embed data governance and policy adherence with Legal/Compliance teams.
• Lead hub-and-spoke analytics and tech support across global partners.
• Define KPIs for AI adoption and enterprise value evolution.
