• Proven experience leading large-scale AI initiatives and data platform transformations.

• Experience building and scaling federated operating models across complex business units.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year AI technology strategy and roadmap for WCIB.
• Lead the federated AI delivery model with AI engineering pods embedded in technology orgs.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases.
