Job summary

Hurix seeks a high-agency leader to build and lead Hurixs AI Solutions and Enablement function. The Senior Director will bridge AI and business, shaping the roadmap, capabilities, and adoption while establishing strategic partnerships that position Hurix as an AI enablement partner for tech clients.

The role focuses on governance, scalable AI-enabled workflows, and a network of AI champions across functions, ensuring responsible use and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading AI enablement, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Proven experience translating business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience building organizational capability and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI Solutions & Enablement roadmap.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities across learning, content, HR, finance, operations, and other functions.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to pilot, adoption, and scale.
• Promote responsible AI, data protection, output validation, and human oversight.
