Roles Details Head of AI Solution Architecture We are seeking a solution architecture leader to drive pre- and post-sales with enterprise accounts in collaboration with sales leaders. This role will shape the technological direction and ensure the seamless integration and performance of our platform with the top global 2000 enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, database management, TypeScript programming, and customer engagement with large-scale organizations to drive solution definition and adoption. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in achieving measurable outcomes, driving PoCs, technical pitch and education of GenAI in meetings and workshops, and leveraging cloud technologies to build AI agents for customers. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of Squid Cloud into enterprise environments, finding solutions hands-on for customers’ needs.
• Work closely with Fortune 500 customers to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Drive the adoption of the AI SaaS platform within customer organizations through effective communication and demonstration of value.
• A deep understanding of database connectivity, APIs, security, and how to query data using Gen AI agents using Squid Cloud.
• A deep understanding of few shot, fine tuning, RAG concepts.
• Develop GenAI Agents for PoCs and guide customers in TypeScript, ensuring high-quality working outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and functionalities into the platform.
• Define and articulate comprehensive solution architectures that address customer needs and align with industry best practices.
• Lead efforts to drive solution adoption, including conducting workshops, training sessions, and creating technical documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and support, to ensure cohesive and aligned project execution.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in solution development or solution architecture roles, with a focus on enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of working with large customers to design and implement enterprise architecture from the ground up.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern development frameworks.
• In-depth and hands-on knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases, security, and identity.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with enterprise customers, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in driving solution adoption and delivering measurable business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, RAG, few shot, fine-tuning, quality validation, LLM AI functions, AI data filters.
