Zoom is seeking a leader to own end-to-end search strategy across traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines. You will build unified infrastructure, metrics, and content standards that make Zoom discoverable wherever search happens, delivering measurable visibility growth and share-of-answer as an executive-level metric.

Qualifications

• Lead technical SEO functions at scale including site architecture, crawlability, indexation and structured data implementation.
• Build AI-search visibility programs using platforms like Profound or equivalents.
• Direct engineering-adjacent work on crawlability and schema while communicating strategy to executives.
• Define share-of-answer and other emerging metrics alongside traditional SEO KPIs.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments, with familiarity of AI-visibility tracking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Leading the technical SEO team and roadmap including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Building AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom's presence in generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Establishing and tracking share-of-answer metrics across category, competitive, and branded prompts, reporting to executive staff and the board.
• Partnering with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards.
• Developing a unified search scorecard translating organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact.
