Zoom is seeking a leader to own end-to-end search strategy across traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines. You will build unified infrastructure, metrics, and content standards to make Zoom discoverable across surfaces, from Google to ChatGPT.

You will lead a team focusing on site architecture, schema, and AI visibility, and you will report metrics to the executive staff. This role is part of a structured hybrid working model with compensation including base, bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEO at scale, with focus on site architecture and crawlability.
• Proven ability to build AI-search visibility programs across AI surfaces.
• Experience communicating strategy to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO functions at scale, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Build AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure for generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Establish and track share-of-answer metrics and report to executives and the board.
• Partner with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams on unified content architecture.
• Develop a unified search scorecard translating organic and AI metrics into pipeline and revenue.
