Job summary

Zoom is seeking a strategic leader to own end-to-end search across traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines. You will build unified infrastructure, metrics, and content standards to enhance Zoom discoverability and grow share-of-answer.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape AI visibility programs, and report metrics to the executive team while shaping a scalable, data-driven approach to organic and AI-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Lead technical SEO at scale including site architecture, crawlability, indexation and structured data implementation.
• Build or scale AI-search visibility programs using platforms like Profound or equivalent tools.
• Direct engineering-adjacent work on crawlability, structured data, and indexation while communicating strategy to executives.
• Define and defend emerging metrics like share-of-answer alongside established SEO indicators.
• Demonstrate experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
• Show familiarity with AI-visibility tracking platforms and citation-influence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical SEO team and roadmap, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation
• Building AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom's presence in generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
• Establishing and tracking share-of-answer metrics across category, competitive, and branded prompts, reporting to executive staff and the board
• Partnering with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards
• Developing a unified search scorecard that translates organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact
