Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager to build and lead our AI Safety & Security Engineering team in Wisconsin. You will hire across harness and platform engineering, security research, and evaluation, delivering the Find, Validate, and Patch roadmap with transparent communication.

You will guide a young program, balancing architecture decisions with security tooling expertise, while fostering a sustainable, high-performing team and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 12+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience guiding teams that build complex systems - distributed infrastructure, ML platforms, or security tooling.
• Ability to weigh architecture and evaluation trade-offs in ML or systems software.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a young program.

Responsibilities
