Job summary

each::labs in San Francisco is seeking a VP of Product to own the product vision and roadmap, and to hire and lead the product team alongside the CEO. You will work hand in hand with engineering and sit next to the CEO in San Francisco.

You'll decide what we build and what we stop doing, while addressing questions about orchestration for generative AI, cost, quality, and speed across hundreds of models. You and the team will drive outcomes with a fast-moving, high-trust culture.

Responsibilities

• Product vision, strategy and the roadmap that follows from them
• Building and leading the product team: hiring, coaching, setting the bar
• The trade-offs between engineering, design, GTM and marketing
• The metrics that tell us whether the product is actually working
• Staying close to customers, model labs and a landscape that changes every week
