Responsibilities

Lead the engineering organisation responsible for the product suite from legacy monolith to microservices and mobile apps.
Partner with Product and executive leadership to shape the technical roadmap and priorities.
Oversee migration from AWS EC2 to AWS EKS while maintaining reliability and security.
Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent across global offices.
