Job summary

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack. We seek a Head of Product to unify the platform across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces.

You will lead product and design from concept through launch, working with Research, Applied Research, and production customers to drive continual learning. You will collaborate with founders and engineering leads to shape direction, ensure a repeatable loop for improvement, and deliver meaningful experiences for

Qualifications

• Built and grown a technical product used in production.
• Led teams while balancing hands-on work and strategic direction.
• Deep technical ability to prototype, work with APIs, and reason about system tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Care about product feel and usability.
• Design engineering experience is a plus.
• Learn from customers, write clearly, and translate ambiguity into concrete steps.
• Obsessed with open superintelligence and enabling others.
• Domain experience in agent observability, data curation, training, inference, multi-agent, RL, continual learning, or evaluations systems.

Responsibilities

• Set a focused product direction with founders and tech leads.
• Shape the end-to-end customer experience across the platform.
• Translate research workflows into tangible product features and test with customers.
• Coordinate data and training/inference workflows across factories and environments.
