Job summary

Prime Intellect is seeking a Product Lead to drive clear direction and consistent execution for our frontier AI platform. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, and research, and align stakeholders from customers to developers to turn capabilities into valuable features.

You will stay hands-on, shaping experiences across environments and tools, and you will measure impact to continuously improve the roadmap for frontier AI products.

Qualifications

• Led a technical product in production with broad user adoption.
• Managed teams while balancing hands-on work.
• Prototyped APIs and reasoned system tradeoffs with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Set a focused product direction with founders and leads.
• Shape the connected customer experience across environments, evaluations, training, deployment, and traces.
• Work directly with customers and researchers to identify friction and turn experiments into features.
• Stay hands-on through prototypes, specs, reviews, and engineering sessions.
• Measure impact: time to first useful result, repeat usage, production adoption.
