Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize an AI operating model, defining human vs. agent work.
• Sequence rollout with Data & Analytics leadership and phasing of agents.
• Shape agent ecosystem: roles, orchestration, access, and cross-platform integration.
• Establish governance for tracking human-to-agent work ratios at scale.
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and human oversight checkpoints.
• Lead change management for blended human–agent teams.
