Job summary

Chubb is seeking a VP, AI Product Delivery to lead the execution of AI-enabled underwriting capabilities on a global scale. You will own the roadmap, shape how capabilities are designed and sequenced, and drive adoption to realize business value.

You’ll partner with senior product, engineering, and underwriting leaders across a matrixed organization, making trade-offs and ensuring outcomes, not just features, across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for AI capabilities globally with a focus on underwriting.
• Shape solution design on AI capabilities leveraging domain expertise and product judgment.
• Drive execution from build through deployment into adoption and measurable value.
• Partner with Senior Product leaders and analysts to align on scope and sequencing.
• Define clear success metrics and ensure business value realization.
• Validate capabilities with underwriting leaders and stakeholders for workflow fit.
• Maintain visibility across portfolio risks, dependencies, and sequencing decisions.
• Deploy and reallocate delivery capacity to accelerate high-priority capabilities while preserving quality.
