AT&T is seeking an Associate Director, Technology to lead and scale engineering teams responsible for AI-native software and digital products. You will drive end-to-end execution from concept through production, shaping architecture for AI agent systems and full-stack Python applications.

The role requires hands-on leadership across LLM, Prompt, and Context Engineering, and across backend, frontend, and integration domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive technology leadership.
• 3+ years managing AI/ML, automation, or digital platform teams.
• Experience leading AI-native product development in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native software product delivery from ideation to production.
• Define and guide technical architecture for AI agent systems and full-stack Python apps.
• Establish AI-native software development practices and accelerated release cycles.
• Partner with Product, Design and Business to translate strategy into tech roadmaps.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and operational performance.
