You will architect production-grade AI agents for automating purchasing, inventory management, and order intake, partnering with customers to transform workflows with reliable, scalable systems. Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM systems in production.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, fintech, or workflow domains.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents to automate operational workflows (purchasing, inventory, order intake, customer support).
• Architect multi-step agent systems with tool use, memory, and orchestration across complex workflows.
• Develop context and memory systems to reason over transaction history and ERP data.
• Work with live ERP/operational data and drive production reliability and monitoring loops.
• Mentor engineers and review code to raise engineering standards across the platform.
