Job summary

Crusoe is building the networking backbone for AI infrastructure, connecting thousands of GPUs into scalable clusters. As Principal Product Manager for AI Infrastructure, you will shape the fleet-wide architecture and technology strategy, balancing performance, cost, and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with infrastructure engineering, cloud software, and architecture to translate workload needs into foundation investments and vendor choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical product management or infrastructure engineering with architecture-level scope.

Responsibilities

• Define 2–4 year networking foundation vision and roadmap.
• Own long-term vendor management strategy and cost structure.
• Set targets for performance, reliability, scalability and network cost per GPU/server.
• Own cross-DC connectivity strategy, topology, and failure-domain design.
• Drive hardware strategy: NIC, DPU, switch, and networking tech; evaluate vendors.
• Identify architectural limitations and prioritize long-term investments.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on major technical tradeoffs.
• Represent networking foundations in leadership reviews with clear docs.
