Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Director - Solutions Architecture, Enterprise to lead the Enterprise Solutions Architecture organization. You will build and scale a high-performing team, partner with Enterprise Sales, and engage with senior technology and business executives at strategic customers.

You will drive the technical engagement model, set priorities, and ensure a culture focused on customer outcomes, value delivery, and measurable business impact across a fast-growing AI cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people-management experience, hiring and coaching senior technical professionals.
• 10+ years of experience with Enterprise companies and complex technology platforms.
• Proven ability to translate technology investments into measurable business value.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-growing organization with evolving team structures.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Architects.
• Own the technical engagement model for the Enterprise segment in partnership with Enterprise Sales leadership.
• Set priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations for the team.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, and senior business leaders.
• Champion the voice of Enterprise customers and influence Product/Technology roadmap.
• Establish a culture focused on customer outcomes, technical excellence, business value and impact.
