Job summary

Snorkel AI is hiring a Director of Expert Supply Growth to build and lead the engine that brings high-quality experts into Snorkel’s AI Expert Network. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office) can be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, and owns supply acquisition end-to-end—from translating demand into a channel strategy to activation and ongoing availability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, marketplace or talent supply roles with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience scaling the supply side of a marketplace or talent network.
• Proven multi-channel growth portfolio leadership across channels.
• Strong analytical and experimental judgment with attribution knowledge.
• Excellent cross-functional and executive communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term expert acquisition strategy and build a differentiated network.
• Own end-to-end supply growth strategy by skill, domain, geography, and timing.
• Lead channel portfolio including paid, recruiting, partnerships, referrals, and vendors.
• Manage CAC targets and improve efficiency through targeting, partner economics, and operations.
• Develop industry and higher-education partnerships to access scarce expert talent.
• Expand and manage BPO/vendor portfolio with clear expectations on capacity and quality.
• Own growth scorecard with metrics on activation, domain match, retention, and channel ROI.
• Improve the full acquisition funnel by partnering with planning, community, and delivery teams.
• Diagnose performance gaps, size opportunities, and balance speed, quality, cost, and risk.
• Build durable systems and a scalable team with playbooks, cadence, and talent.
