Snorkel AI is hiring a Director of Expert Supply Growth to build and lead the engine that brings high-quality experts into Snorkel’s AI Expert Network. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office) in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY owns supply acquisition end to end, translating demand into channels, ensuring activation, and maintaining availability for business needs.

Formación

• 8+ years in growth, marketplace, or talent supply
• Experience scaling supply side of a talent network or staffing model
• Proven multi-channel growth leadership and trade-off decision making
• Strong analytical and experimentation judgment
• Experience building strategic partnerships (associations, universities, staffing firms)
• Excellent cross-functional and executive communication
• High ownership in ambiguous environments; able to lead zero-to-one initiatives
• AI-forward approach to accelerate research, analysis, and processes

Responsabilidades

• Define the long-term expert acquisition strategy and build a differentiated talent base
• Own end-to-end supply growth and activation including channel mix and targeting
• Lead the channel portfolio and refine referral and partnership programs
• Set CAC targets, build attribution, and optimize cost per activated expert
• Develop industry and higher-education partnerships to source scarce talent
• Expand and manage BPO and vendor partnerships with clear expectations
• Own growth scorecard with metrics on activation speed, quality, and retention
• Improve the full acquisition funnel across sourcing, onboarding, and activation
• Diagnose performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Build scalable systems and a high-performing team across geographies
