Job summary

Yaz Associates GmbH seeks a Head of Engineering & AI Products to lead the unified engineering platform and shared infrastructure across Salesforce-ecosystem products. Hybrid work in Boston or NYC area.

Candidate will shape AI strategy, product roadmap and cross-functional leadership, delivering scalable data replication, data lake, and integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, and more. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, strong fluency in retrieval-augmented

Qualifications

10+ years in product management for enterprise B2B SaaS with leadership experience.
Technical fluency in retrieval-augmented generation, context engineering and vector databases.
Proven track record shipping AI capabilities integrated into production products.
Experience leading combined product and engineering teams.
Comfort with compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and data residency.
Ability to navigate enterprise procurement and security reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead design and staffing of a unified product organization and career progression.
Own the AI products strategy from Intelligent Context Layer to market-leading offering.
Define roadmap for multi-source connectors with minimum viable surface for each.
Ensure SOC 2 posture is built into pipeline and audited as part of product lifecycle.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on positioning, launches, and partner motions.
Oversee data replication, backup/restore, data lake, and API integrations with major platforms.
