Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years related work experience.
• 8–10 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise AI strategy and deployment.
• Experience with Epic EHR backend and HealthConnect integrations.
• Healthcare regulatory knowledge and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and operation of enterprise AI platforms for ML, generative AI, and analytics.
• Establish scalable AI infrastructure, APIs, and reusable services for rapid delivery.
• Define AI engineering standards, architecture, security, and maintainability.
• Set operational processes, monitoring, and support for production AI systems.
• Drive incident management and continuous improvement for AI platforms.
• Govern model evaluation, monitoring, explainability, and governance.
• Manage relationships with vendors, cloud providers, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and guide investments aligned with priorities.
• Ensure AI solutions integrate with enterprise apps, data platforms, and clinical workflows.
• Provide leadership and career development for managers, engineers, and staff.
• Oversee Epic EHR backend operation and integration engines.
• Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption, ROI, and reliability.
