You will partner with senior leadership to set AI strategy, identify opportunities, and lead initiatives from concept through production while ensuring secure, responsible use.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and measurable outcomes in efficiency and member experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology/digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and practical business applications.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into measurable business value.
• Curious, with good judgment on security and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide adoption and implementation of AI tools and capabilities.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and maintain Texell's AI strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements and build practical workflows and prototypes.
• Oversee AI initiatives from discovery to production and adoption.
• Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and emerging technologies for practical use.
