Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an experienced Product Leader to guide our Intelligence, Reporting, and AI-focused teams. You will report to the Global Head of Product Management and shape strategy, roadmaps, and high-impact product delivery for operators in the hospitality space.

You will lead a cross-functional PM team, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and support to drive data-driven decisions, innovative products, and customer value at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading a PM team.
• Experience driving AI-enabled products and leveraging AI tools in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to step into customers' shoes and understand their needs.
• Experience operating in metrics-driven environments using data to inform decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executives and investors.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmaps for multiple product areas.
• Lead the PM team and coordinate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support.
• Collaborate with C-suite to align strategy with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
• Balance roadmap priorities with available resources and timelines.
