Job summary

You will mentor engineers, champion innovation, and drive the adoption of generative AI across platforms while balancing technical debt and new features in tight release cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience leading globally distributed teams
• Experience with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tooling like Jira or Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design AI-first solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives with onsite and offshore teams.
• Drive development of AI-powered tools through prototyping and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver innovative, scalable solutions aligned to engineering guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Reimagine content creation workflows using modern platforms and generative AI.
• Engage in POM Discovery activities to derive user-centered solutions.
• Track quality and efficiency using SDLC metrics and report progress to executives.
• Balance technical debt with new feature development within sprints.
• Manage product backlogs, estimates, and budgets.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
