C10 Labs, an AI-native venture studio and early-stage investment firm, is seeking a Managing Director to lead the AI Bio platform from its Cambridge ecosystem, working with the CEO and partners to identify exceptional founders and shape investment opportunities. This senior role emphasizes venture creation, investor engagement, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in venture capital or startup ecosystems, with a builder’s mindset and proven leadership.

Competenze

• At least seven years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, startup leadership, or entrepreneurial ecosystem development.
• Experience evaluating and supporting early-stage technology companies.
• Founder experience is highly valued.

Mansioni

• Lead venture platform initiatives (accelerator and founder programs) and investor engagement.
• Oversee early-stage diligence, market assessment, and recommendations for Investment Committee.
• Develop relationships with MIT, Harvard, Mass General Brigham, and other ecosystem partners.
• Partner with the venture studio to build new AI Bio companies from inception.
