The role focuses on architecting agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and integrating domain codes into agent workflows to support nuclear energy research and national programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the department in architecting and deploying agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Set department direction, priorities, and objectives aligned with mission needs.
• Provide leadership and performance management for staff and workforce planning.
• Build and sustain technical talent and capabilities for scalable agentic systems.
• Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration to enable execution across programs and research.
• Develop partnerships with internal organizations and DOE interfaces, ensuring safe, accountable delivery.
