CoinPoker is seeking a Head of Affiliates to own and scale the platform's affiliate acquisition strategy. You will lead the end-to-end program from recruitment and deal negotiation to activation and portfolio expansion, while building an effective team and expanding into new markets.

The role requires strong commercial discipline, ability to evaluate partner profitability, and collaboration with Payments, Fraud, and VIP teams to maintain healthy unit economics.

The Opportunity

The Head of Affiliates owns CoinPoker's affiliate acquisition strategy and the team behind it. Affiliates are the engine, and the mandate is to build the program into one of the platform's largest sources of new players. The role owns the program end to end, decides which deal models fit which markets, and is judged on the rake those partners produce against what they cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Own partner acquisition strategy and P&L across the affiliate program, setting market priorities and allocating resources effectively.
• Own the affiliate program end to end, from recruitment and deal negotiation through activation, account management, and portfolio expansion, running a continuous test pipeline into new sources, geos, and deal structures with clear scale-or-kill decisions.
• Open new markets by diagnosing acquisition barriers and executing tailored affiliate strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Own deal structure and terms across the program, including CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and tenancy, setting defaults that protect the downside and knowing when a high-value partner justifies breaking them.
• Lead, build, and develop the affiliate team, setting team structure, performance targets, and standards while hiring against market needs.
• Manage the portfolio based on player quality and risk, holding every partner to net rake and cohort retention metrics, reducing revenue concentration across top partners, and collaborating with payments, fraud, and VIP teams on credit exposure and removing partners that damage unit economics.
• Own the affiliate reporting framework and conduct performance reviews that drive strategic deal, market, and partner decisions.
• Report to senior management on channel revenue, cost per net rake dollar, market penetration, and the affiliate channel's overall contribution to commercial objectives.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience

• Deep affiliate expertise in poker or casino, with a proven track record of growing a program at scale rather than maintaining an inherited one.
• Strong background in partner recruitment across SEO and content sites, comparison and review sites, streamers, content creators, and community channels (including Discord, Telegram, and private groups).
• Awareness of grassroots acquisition routes, including social and online poker communities, creators, and networks with established player trust.
• Commercial and analytical discipline as a core strength; ability to evaluate partners on net rake and cohort retention rather than just registrations or deposits, model deal profitability before signing, and define required BI reporting.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading commercial teams, setting targets, holding team members accountable, and developing managers rather than managing accounts in isolation.
• Poker literacy, with a solid working grasp of rake, liquidity, and the key drivers of player lifetime value in poker compared to traditional casino products.
• Strong command of tracking, attribution, postbacks, deduplication, and reconciliation between partner-reported and platform-recorded activity.
• Vigilance regarding partner-side risk and abusive traffic (such as bonus abuse or incentivized signups), with the instinct to interrogate anomalous cohort data and the decisiveness to terminate low-quality partner deals.
